1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Dreams Connect. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@dreamsconnect.example of any unauthorized use.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Keep your password confidential and use a strong, unique password.
• You are responsible for the actions of every member you invite to your workspace.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Among other things, you may not:

• Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or other accounts.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written consent.
• Distribute malware, spam, or disrupt the integrity of the platform.
• Use the Service to violate the privacy or rights of others.

4. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the messages, files, and other materials you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant Dreams Connect a limited, worldwide license to host, store, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to share it.

5. Plans & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. Fees may change with 30 days' notice. If your payment method fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the balance is settled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Dreams Connect and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the Dreams Connect name or branding without prior written permission.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreams Connect will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect. Your continued use after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
